Refer a Friend or Family & Get Rewarded!
At Sota Cosmetic Clinics, we love when you share your amazing experiences with others. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our referral system as a way to say thank you!
How It Works:
1. Refer a friend or family member to our clinic.
2. If they spend over $200 on injectables (not inclusive of doctors scripting fees) or over $150 on skin treatments at their first appointment you’ll receive a $50 credit to use on any service.
Please note initial free consultations will not count as a first appointment.
3. You can bank your credits and combine them for future treatments if you refer more than one person!

Terms & Conditions:
1. The referral credit is valid only for existing clients who refer a new client to the clinic.
2. The referred friend or family member must mention your name at the time of booking or during their first visit.
3. The $50 credit will be applied to your account in our booking system once the referred person has completed their qualifying treatment (spending over $200 on injectables and not inclusive of doctors scripting fees, or $150 on skin treatments).
4. Referral credits can be used on any services offered at any of our clinic locations and cannot be redeemed for cash or gift vouchers.
5. Credits can be banked and combined for use at a later time, but each $50 credit must be redeemed within 12 months from the date they are issued.
6. Reminders for use of the credits before expiry will not be provided. You will be notified via email of each $50 credit provided at the time it is uploaded to your client account on our booking system.
7. There is no limit to the number of people you can refer. The more referrals, the more credits you earn!
8. Referral credits are non-transferable and cannot be gifted to others.
9. Only 1 client can claim the referral credit for each new client referred. In the instance that multiple clients refer the same person, the referral credit will be awarded to the client whose name was provided first by the referred person at the time of booking or during their first visit. In cases of dispute, the clinic reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the allocation of referral credits.
10. This promotion is subject to availability and can be updated or withdrawn at the clinic’s discretion without prior notice.
11. Credit is not valid for use for any retail or skincare products in store or online.
12. Credit is not valid for use for any specials, promotions or sales. Credit is applicable to full price services only.
* $50 credit is not redeemable for any scripting doctor fees.
Please note:
We prioritise client confidentiality and adhere to AHPRA requirements, and will never discuss your treatments or any other client's treatments, including injectables, skin treatments, or free consultations.
We kindly ask that you respect our policy, as we cannot disclose the type of treatment a friend or family member received to qualify for the promotion.
Similarly, your personal treatment details will remain strictly confidential.
